Battersea is posh, the proof is in the house prices - house developer Berkely Homes are building apartments at Battersea Reach, close to Wandsworth Town train station. Prices start at £2.1 million.

New homes are being built as part of the Battersea Power Station redevelopment
There are obviously more affordable homes too, with one and two bedroom apartments for sale on St George’s Grove starting at £57, 000 for a 30% share of a new build home, and on Arch Street from £255, 000.
This property news comes as London Mayor Boris Johnson gives the final go ahead to plans to redevelop Battersea Power Station.
£5.5 billion is to be spent on shops, office space and leisure at the iconic building, as well as two stations linking it to the Northern Line.
Up to 25, 000 jobs and 16, 000 homes will be created by the renovation. The project will be completed by 2024.
It is hoped the power station will be able to be used for green energy purposes in the future. Its chimneys are to be rebuilt as they are apparently beyond repair.
Boris Johnson said: "Battersea Power Station has long been an iconic feature of the capital's skyline, and these plans will make sure that status is retained for years to come. The building was once a vital motor helping to power the capital. With its future secured through this regeneration, it will once again play a part in driving London's economy."
