Didn't even get past the door. Phoned to discuss dog grooming but was very shocked by how rude the owner was on the phone. They offer to teach you dog grooming, yet the fact that I currently groom my own dogs was not appreciated. I asked if I could just bring the dogs in for a hair cut (ie. I bath them myself) - again, was taken aback by the owners response. Very rude and dismissive. Shame as I have 2 dogs, so lost business for them.
