House prices and estate agents in Battersea!

Fancy knowing how much it costs to live near Clapham Junction Station or Battersea Park?

Well, according to findaproperty.com, the average sold price for a house on key roads near Clapham Junction Station Battersea Rise and Northcote Road is £247,653 and £290,451 respectively.  On Battersea Park Road near Battersea Park, the average sold price is £289,873 while a house on Belleville Road where Belleville Primary School is situated costs £427, 995 on average.  

Meanwhile, Land Registry data shows that both London and Wandsworth house prices have increased slightly between January and July 2010, with the average house price in Wandsworth in July at about £443, 000, exceeding London’s average house price which is £373,000.

Flats and maisonettes seem to be outselling other types of property in SW11. Their average sold price is £294,188.Terraced houses are the next best selling properties costing £501, 587 on average, then semi-detached at £591, 036 a house. Detached houses in the SW11 area are being sold at £918, 369 on average.
