localhumanist, i always love reading your comments! but personally i think the royal wedding is great!! rather than the union of two rich parasites, i see it as an excuse for a party. we all work too hard in this life. i'm really lking forward to having all that time off work and at least kate and wills actually care for each other. no one's forced them into it. were you not a fan of princess di either?

ReportI am disgusted by the sycophantic, schmaltzy attention given to the wedding of a member of this expensive, parasitic family as he marries a 'commoner'. The odds are not in favour of of a modern British royal marriage succeeding. Look at their track record and see the pressure on on them as Kate moddleton will be constantly compared with the dead saintly Princess. Ms middleton has not lead a grown up working prodictive life but been waiting all this time for her prince to propose to her. It is ridiculous for a couple to marry who have not lived together properly before committing to each other in marriage. It is a mockery of marriage NOT to do so.
So, those who live near the common will have to endure a three day ****-up. I am actually leaving the country to conduct a wedding in portugal.
