After a massive ploughman's stole the show on Day 1 of the Foodies Festival in Battersea Park, I was keeping my eyes peeled for what could top that on day 2.

Day 2 of the Foodies Festival in Battersea Park
My fellow foodies and I were blessed with the weather on Day 2 and we didn't have to book a day off to toddle along to the festival - another big plus.
Although there were no massive food structures that took hundreds of hours to make, the atmosphere in general was great.
The choice was fantastic, from supposedly 'posh pork pies' to the exotic delights of Morocco, there was something for every palate.
The food was a bit expensive but that's only to be expected in London, and you got your money's worth as far as getting tips from the experts were concerned.
I've heard particularly good things about the mojitos on offer - but we were a bit spoilt for choice as far as the drink were concerned as you can see in my gallery.
Talking of drinks, I took home some special tea - a good brew goes a long way. There were other food products you could buy.
Today's not the last chance to enjoy foodie fun in the park - it's going on all day tomorrow and you can pay £15 on the door.
